Registration Information

Registration fee is $235.00 until September 4, 2007. After this date, the registration fee is $270. The student registration fee (with I.D.) is $100.

Additional banquet tickets may be purchased for $65. Additional copies of the proceedings may be purchased for $30.

Payment may be made by cheque, Visa or MasterCard.

Note: The full registration fee includes all sessions (including the Pre-Conference Symposium), breakfasts, luncheons, nutrition breaks, banquet, and one copy of the proceedings.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations received by September 19, 2007 registration fees will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received after September 19, 2007 will not be refunded.
